PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER
When you order from Pierogies Plus, you are ordering freshly made product that is perishable. We do not ship frozen product. This allows you to freeze your product (if you don’t eat it all first!) Because of this, it is imperative that your order arrive within 48 hours of shipping from our store.
We package your order in a reusable Styrofoam cooler with refrigeration bricks of ice to ensure product safety. Please be advised that there is a $15 cost of the ice and cooler which is already calculated into the shipping price, which is why the shipping costs appear to be higher than normal.
You will also notice when selecting a shipping method that some of you will not have ground shipping as an option. This is because you live (or the recipient lives) in a state that is not deliverable within the 48 hour time frame. The shipping options that show up when you select shipping methods are the options available to you.
We ask that you allow two weeks from the date of placing your order for your order to ship out. In most cases it does not take this long. However there are instances (Christmas, Easter, or when we’ve been on TV) that we are very busy and need the extra processing time.
We only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. We will ship on Wednesdays if the order can be delivered on Thursday. This is to avoid any errors in shipping that may result in the package sitting on the FedEx dock over the weekend.
